I usually Ride Lebanon and am looking to switch up my trails for some variety. I've been to most of the other trails around except Murphy and Mammouth...which will offer a more rewarding ride if I'm seeking some fast singletrack w/ some technical (log piles & jumps) sections?

If you're looking for technical, check out Mammoth, if you are looking for faster singletrack with few technical features you'll want Murphy. Heck, you may as well check out both and see for yourself. You should ride Mammoth with someone who knows the trail the first few times you ride it. It's hard to figure out where to go and you'll miss great trails pretty easy out at Mammoth.

Judging from your post inquiring about Red Wing and Steeplechase, I'd guess you'd like Mammoth more than Murphy.

I ride em both...22 miles is a good sunday ride.
Mammoth requires more obstacle and riding skill...but if you do not have a map or a guide you will get lost. There are some tuff climbs that i have seen people walk, and there are some tight trees which i have seen people hit. It is as a raw mean track that has no regaurd for your riding ability or preference. Just when you get into a groove it changes it's face. Its like the mean grumpy old man who's lawn you used to mow. After you were done with it he give you 20 bucks, a soda and a smile.
Murphy is a smooth nice rolling single track. A good rider will average around 10mph on the track for the 10 miles. Even saying that it is not a boring ride. It is a twisty turny, rollercoaster of MTB bliss. It has sneaky technical features that come up on you if you are not prepared amd the rock loop is a challenge. There are some major obstacles in the main trail that can be fun also.
If I were to pick one i would say mammoth would fit your taste better, but you will have to work to get to the obstacles...there fun when you get to them..but this trail does not give them away for free. I beleive there is group ride sunday afternoon, get with them, they will show you the way.
