Dear Vanagon Owners...(thule rack)

Good afternoon Vanagon owners. I too am a vanagon owner, for another two days, at least. Recently my van was broken into and is now being totaled by the insurance company. The reason for my post is this:

While living in Missoula, MT I came upon a free Thule rack for my van. It's nothing fancy, probably about 15 years old and well used, but still looks pretty good and works perfectly. I'd like to pass on my good fortune to another vanagon owner and give this rack to you. My only stipulations are this: You must have a vanagon and when I give you this rack you must be driving your vanagon. I know there are a few of you in the MORC community because I've met you after rides at lebanon, etc.

I'm busy the first part of this week and will be out of town from wednesday till friday. We could set up a meeting next sunday or next week at one of the trails or at my house in st anthony park.

Also, I had a large thule fairing on it and will be selling that separately for $35. If you'd like that with the free rack or just buy it outright let me know.

If none of my MORC comrades are interested I'm going to go ahead a put this on craigslist. Tell your friends if they've got a vanagon and/or contact me by tonight if you want it.
