Trail Work, Sunday July 29 - 9am

This Sunday, we'll be working on the advanced trail on the side of the main hillside. Near marker 85, we'll be doing some trail enhancements. The trail is a little narrow and starting to spread in a spot where we can't afford to have people miss the trail to the outside.

Meet at the main parking lot at 9am, departing promptly. We'll be heading in on foot. We will be wrapping things up by noon.

Tools are provided, gloves and bug spray are advised, we'll be right next to the marsh...

Post up if you're able to make it, we'll keep our eyes open for you.

How did it go today?

We had a good crew today: Tom H, Mike P, Randy J and I fixed two problem areas on the advanced loop. We put in a retaining wall and improved sight lines just after sign 85. We also adjusted two lines just up hill from there to move the tread to where people were riding.
