This stationary was used for light rehab of my ankle over a 3 month period. Less than 10 hours of total spin time. This is in near perfect condition. This has a very heavy mass flywheel making for a super smooth and fluid pedal motion. Fully adjustable egros to fit almost any riding style. SPD and toe-clip platform pedals. This is a great riding and looking bike.
