Bought this recently, threw on some new parts and after a few rides realized that it is too big for me...sucks for me, good for you!

What do you do...mountain bike frames are definitely more forgiving. It felt pretty good until I really started drivin' it and then you could really feel it was a bit big...pressure where you don't want it. It's all good, with the new parts and setup someone will dig it. Have you gotten out to ride?
