Anyone else ride Motocross?

Looking for fellow riders to hit the tracks around here. Most all my riding buddies have sold their bikes or have given up the sport. Skill level not super important but if you're fast (not saying I am) and competitive then that's all the better.

I let it go around 2002, it was the only way I could race amateur again. I lost some speed since I wasn't on the bike everyday, and its not fun getting spanked every time you race. I love the offroad series, more time on the bike during races and your bike doesn't have to look "pretty" all the time. I'm not as fast in offroad yet, but I'm working on it. I still love to moto, but usually only with friends on the weekend.

Just got a KLX-250S Dual Sport. I used to ride as a kid,,, 30 YEARS ago.

I rode it on the Nemaji Single Track,,, What a BLAST!.. Not funner than peddling, just different.

What year is your Service Honda 5, I had a 2000, and a 2002. The best bike for the the dunes by far. Looks pretty sweet with the white plastic, cheap to rebuild and tons of power.

I remember my first YZ80 back in the day... I think it was the last year they had metal tanks. Moved up to a few different YZ125's (first yellow.. then the white that Yamaha eventually changed over too in the late 80s).
