Great work session last night! Thanks everyone for enduring the first couple hours in the hot sunshine.

We tackled deberming of the switchback climb. We couldn't reduce the elevation at all but at least it "appears" a lot less intimidating now. It was getting pretty rutted up in some spots and the water, during a rain was really gathering and running down the trail. When this happens, on a hill like the switch back climb, the water can carry a ton of soil and erode the trail quite quickly.

MORC even provided some Good Samaritan service last night to get trail work started! A big thanks to Travis for lending a hand to this lady and her daughter.
