I know that Wisconsin has a endurance race series http://www.wemseries.com/index.html
I am wondering if people have talked about this idea at courses closer to home in Minny. Any thoughts?
Would people actually do a series of races here if the option was there?
I myself have become a huge fan of endurance racing and would love the opportunity to do it more. Having places closer to home would be nice.
Opinions?

I think if they were on non-conflicting weekends, I would be game for that. I always have a good early in the race, hate it towards the end, and then love it again a couple days after I'm done.:D

Minn. definately has the venues to do that. If the mnscs would get involved in 3 day weekend festivals instead of one day races that would be a good start.

Like you, I have gotten into doing endurance races and love them. I often wonder why it hasn't come to MN. I really like the WEMS series...great courses, great race set up, great atmosphere and wish we had something similar in MN. I would DEFINATELY do some endurance races here in MN and would be willing to help organize and promote some.

I remember that last year, they had a 12-hour race at Mt. Kato. I can't find any information about it for this year.
Has anyone heard of one for this year at Mt. Kato?
