Legit bike?

My wife is looking for a bike and while looking at craigslist came across this:

The "paint job" makes me suspicious. Any input would be appreciated.

My wife road a Cannondale rush in Las Vegas and really liked it. Any other bikes with similar geometry out there?

Yeah - I thin k it looks fine - WHat i would do is go to the persons house and give it a test ride to make sure everything is ok

If you are concerned that it is stolen, you could always get the serial number off of it before buying and run it through the police department or check the local web sites that help owners find their lost/stolen bikes. Someone legitimately selling their own bike would have no problem with that.
