Went to the race in Minneapolis tonight. Man those guys (and gals!) were hauling ass. One full hour at a pace I couldn't keep for 5 minutes.

I was at concussion corner (my favorite spot), and you can tell when it's a prime or bell lap, because they are just laying it out there. The men were coming through 7-8 wide at over 30, it was unreal.
