BC Trail work 6/11 5:30 Lower Lot

Hello all,

We'll be working on the new trail again this week.

Meet in the lower parking lot on Point Douglas road at 5:30 PM.

We will then drive over to the lower end of the new trail at the end of the portion of Point Douglas Rd that comes directly off of Hwy 61. The spot marked "New Trail" on the photo below.

Possibly post work treats this week!

Hey Troy, I should be able to make it out there today. The tree that fell is quite dry and rotted. We'll make quick work of it.

Thanks everyone for coming out on a hot day last night. We got good section of trail done and earned our rewards!

Next week we will meet at the Rec. Center lot off of Winthrop.

Next week we will be trimming the existing trail of face slappers and encroaching jungle growth. Bring loppers or hand pruners if you have them.
