Going to Duluth this weekend for my kids soccer tournment. Will have some free time and would like to know where a good place is to ride, or get information on where to ride.
I willl be staying downtown Duluth.

Hartley is a good public trail. We don't have a trail review for the trail, however, as nobody up there has ever provided one. :cryin:
Maybe someone from up there can give you better details... (Kurt?)

Hartley is a good place to ride. It's also only a 10 minute drive from downtown. If you need directions let me know where you're staying and I'll give you directions from there.

or theirs always spirit, but i doubt the race signs are up anymore...
it also depends on your style of rideing, dh trails, jump trails, freeride trails...

with the amount of rain we've had, hartley and surrounding trails are a big muddy mess. and the forecast of rain for today, they will only get worse. spirit is usually very muddy w/ the amount of rain we've had also.
my opinion--don't bother bringing a bike. it's not a good time to ride in duluth. sorry, but it's just not worth it.

I say bring the bike anyway. The Lakewalk is paved but it's beautiful. Where is the soccer tournament? There may be some trails nearby, weather and conditions permitting.
