BC Trail Work 6/4 5:30PM Lower Lot

Trail work is on for Monday.

Meet at the LOWER LOT on Pt. Douglas Rd. at 5:30. We will then head over to begin working on the new trail that leads up to the overlook near Burns Ave. and Hwy 61.

Everyone is welcome. Gloves, long pants and sturdy shoes are recommended. Bug dope is good to have as well.

Troy, There is a chainsaw in the small MORC trailer at Dakota County. I have no idea which one it is, or even if it works.

Dang. I went to the upper lot. Met another guy there, whose name I didn't get, and don't remember from last year. He had an orange dirt boss shirt on. He doesn't have internet. We waited till about 5:35, then drove to the overlook area. By this time is was pouring. didn't see anyone there. Did you do any work?

Sorry you missed us. We met at the lower lot, were there until 5:40 then drove cars (during the rain) to the end of the other section of Pt. Douglas road, which is the lower end of the new trail. That will be the same plan for next week.

You met Jeff in the lot. I left a message on his phone yesterday morning. I talked to him later last night and he said the message didn't come through until after it was too late.

Oh dang. We JUST missed you guys. We drove to the lot about 5:35. Yeah, the rest of the night turned out to be pretty nice.
