Mission Creek Park

I bombed down Mission Creek Park yesterday. Fantastic. That trail's the perfect reminder why I ride instead of golf. (Golf starts to look good about 10 minutes into the uphill.)

Mission Creek's OK for riding. Some puddles in low spots. Stream crossings are high and the water's freaking cold.

Same old story with ATVs out there. Horrible damage in spots. :mad:

Hey I was in the Creek area yesterday as well. Did you see that the hiking trail, near the Munger was totally screwed up by the OHV's? Damn that was totally fine last fall, now it is torn to hell....hard to believe that is a city park and that it has blatant OHV riders in it. I think we should have a photo essay showing nothing but OHV damage. People could just submit photos of thier favorite areas and how blasted they have become. Might stir some interest.

The worst damage I saw was down closer to the river. There's a ravine worse than anything I've seen done by OHVs. Shoulda brought the digital.

What's the story with mission creek MTB trail? Is it good? Can someone give me the lowdown on that area? Thanks! ATV's SUCK.
