So, I was adjusting my cleats and over tightened the nut. Any advice on how or where I can buy a new cleat nut for my Adidas shoes? I run stock Shimano 505's.

Thanks in advance

I believe the plates in shoes are all the same, so anybody should be able to help you out.

A nut goes over the bolt and looks like a metal hoolahoop. It threads the bolt to the plate. If your bolt is stripped, drill the offending bolt out and put new ones in(or a new plate)! I did the same thing this year. Kind of a pain, especially the metal shavings. Have fun!
