I would like to get a new frame and not blow a ton of money since I still need a soft tail. I was just wondering if anyone is riding one and could offer some input

Don't know about a Kona Scrap frame, but will put in a shameless plug for frames on ebay since they seem to sell cheap.

Double shameless plug for how Greg and I figured this one out. Frame was initially sold for around $1900 now is only fetching a few bucks. Even has the Ti pivot bolts.

I ride a Kona "Stuff" and love it. However, if I were going to get a new frame it would probably be lighter and it would also have horizontal dropouts. There are other good frames in the same price range. Be sure to consider your primary use for the bike and how you intend to set it up when looking at frames. If you want to test ride the stuff pm me.
