I saw Kenvin S. post up an intro, so I figured I ought to do the same. I have been lurking hear daily for oh, six months or more. Sent a check into MORC and signed up for the board, so, hello.

Got on my old schwin mesa last summer and started riding the paved trails around south minneapolis, and started thinking I should hit some real off road stuff, found the site and never looked back. Got comfy at theo and then checked out leb, also it turns out I work rediculisly close to mammouth so I've seen a fair amount of that too. In January I bought a nice Ibex hard tail. Yes I fialed to support my lbs, sorry, I'm really cheap, and totally a do it yourselfer, so it works for me. Oh, also, I'm sorry, I can't spell.

So, just wanted to say thanks to all for having such a great board, and a great orginization helping to foster this great sport! Also, a big thanks to Bob for the homebrew light articles, I will have a set ready for fall. Hope to meet some folks this season. And, its sunny and almost 40 so I'm gonna go for a ride, paved trails, of course.

Welcome, Nick. I look forward to seeing your homebrew lights.

Keep a look out for the group rides, and show up for some. This time of year, they are paved urban rides, but plenty ofl fun. The pace isn't very fast, and we make plenty of stops. People show up with everything from single speed mountain bikes to commuters to full out road bikes. (Most people ride mountain bikes.) We just finished one today, all around Minneapolis, with a bonus stop at Chug's bike shop, and a nearby establishment for a fine burger and beer.

Yea, I havn't even started the lights yet, too many home improvement projects I'm delinquent on. Wow, I'm out of shape, 15 miles around the airport, and the last two were a real struggle. Thanks for the nice welcomes.

Heheheh, another motorcyclist trying to get in shape for the riding season! You'll have to show me around mammouth, I've never been there.
