To gather public input on future plans for the Bloomington parks system, a
community open house will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., in
the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 W. Old Shakopee Road.
This will provide a forum for residents to provide input on issues involving our
parks system.
Public input will also be solicited via an online survey, a citizen task force,
and park stakeholder meetings. A draft Park Master Plan will be reviewed at a
second community open house later this summer.
Attached is a flyer for the open house. Please feel free to share the flyer
with others and I hope that you'll be able to attend on the 21st.
