We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our high performance
</PLACE><CITY w:st="on"></CITY>Chanhassen, <STATE w:st="on"></STATE>Minnesota service department that will report directly to the Store Manager. </P>Responsibilities include managing a high volume repair center, directing a staff of up to 14 efficiently, able to meet deadlines on a daily basis, bicycle repair, service writing and general work in our service department. We expect our Service Manager’s to run a service department as your own business, take control and lead all service staff in being the best in the business. The candidate should have an excellent attitude and a willingness to work efficiently. Successful candidates for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of bicycle service experience, a knack for working with people and a passion for cycling. You will have the confidence and ability to achieve service goals and provide leadership to your team. This is a full-time salary position, relocation assistance, health benefits after 90 days of employment.
