Since trails are closed maybe a little urban cruise to downtown and back seems like a good way to ride despite global warming (cough). Leaving my house at 10:30 am or so. Taking Pilot Knob to cross the river (Mendota Bridge around 11:15am or so) into Fort Snelling up to Hiawatha, Greenway and downtown fun on Christmas Eve. Cruise around, maybe hit ST. Paul and ride my backside home. Open to suggestions, times, places, food stops and most importantly BEER stops. Everyone welcome just plan on not having a plan. I guess the only plan is I'm leaving my house at 10:30 am. I can meet up with people, or people can meet up later on in the ride or not. I just want to ride, and I want to ride with cool people which includes most everybody (Except Shad of course :D). If not everyone have a great and very Merry Christmas, do your snow dance, hope for temps below 32 degrees F., think pleasant thoughts, be good and cool bike parts will be under the tree.

Mick. I haven't seen ya since the party. Travel from 180th and Pilot Knob, Farmington. Could meet at Cliff and Pilot Knob. Nothing fancy, one gear, food, something to sip on and a camelback full of water to drink. Relaxed ride on my commuter most of the day for me but sure would like to laugh and would enjoy company for however long. Pm me.

JJ - Did not see this until just now - don't think I can make the ride, because I left a few things I need to do, for this morning..

Great idea though!

JJ, call me next time. You know, some of us are still so backwards that we aren't computerized at home.

Resistance is futile -- you must assimilate!

Left the message the night before on someones cell phone. It's ok nobody else came with either so I took the road bike towards Northfield (a lot colder on the road). I'll leave the message in the pasture next time:D .
