I just wanted to get a thread started for this. Post up if you can make it this week. Hopefully it will be dry enough to ride.
Just for the record though, I can't make it, my company is having their holiday party this Thursday night. :zzz:

:confused: I understand last-minute reasons to not be able to make a ride. But, this is a new one, posting up for a group ride that you have no intention of attending.
I plan to be there.

I was just looking for info on this weeks ride when I was reminded that I wouldn't be able to make it.
As it was I was trying to recruit one of my coworkers to join us. I think I had him interested, until he asked what night it was and I said Thursday, he then reminded me of the work party - that's right when my week took a turn for the worse. :cryin:

I'm gonna give the gears one more chance to prove themselves before I go after replacement parts. Might have the SS on standby for the 2nd lap.
I plan to attend despite it being much too warm. ;) It won't be the same ride without the cold to cause bike failure.:crazy2:

As much as I love snow and cold, I'm happy it won't be as cold as it has been the past two Thursdays... we need a good solid 2 hard riding laps tonight. I'm thinking we do lap2 non-stop... The B run is on! Race-pace tonight...

I have a feeling that we might want to split into two groups tonight before leaving the parking lot. With the fast group riding a race pace and few/no stops, I'm not sure which group I belong in.
Either way, I'll see everyone when we get back to the lot.

That was one of the worst group rides ever. Conditions were horrible and we only got in one lap... again.
Plus my riding buddies decided to poke fun at some of the beers I like during the ride. Isn't there a rule against making fun of a man's beer? Thats just wrong... :mad: :hit: :cryin: It ought to be a man law...
