Since Red Wing is out for the morning:cryin: ...A group of us decided to meet at Mammoth at 10am. See you there!

How long about does a lap of Mammoth take? I'm 50-50...

It's a pretty long trail if you are making the drive out....almost 13 miles I thought?

I'm out (boo me please)... no good mechanical excuses or anything. Just that I forgot to set my alarms (and don't have all day to play around on all of the trails up there).

I WILL get up to Mammoth either yet this year, or next.

Finally! ha! yes, count them....8 females & 6 males. Good ride...good ride! A couple fumbles but no injuries!! I posted a few pics under trails-mammoth. Once i get this youtube situated i'll have some videos also.

Great ride! Thanks Lisa for leading us through the maze and Greg for stepping in in the middle to lead a few of us who just can't go to long without an adrenaline booster.

I had a good time with the big group but couldn't resist when Lisa said if anyone wants to go faster to follow Greg.

Its nice to see so many women out on the rides... not only joining group rides, but coordinating them.

MORC just became a stronger organization.

Next year this time they will be saying "if you want to slow down a bit, you can ride in the guys group..."

You must have been yawning. I would look back to see you, and only you, popping and riding wheelies for several long stretches of trail behind me.

I was very glad to have you play with the big drop on skull loop, I think you rode it at least 5 times. Dare Devil Darin and Smoke'n Joe had their fun with it too!

When Stenzel came to claim you from the group it was perfect timing...

For myself and some of the others that day, riding a stunt or obstacle that previously intimidated me is the goal for my ride, yesterday I rode LOD #2 for the first time :jumpy:. I know that other people rode things for the first time as well. A few bumbs and bruises, but no major casualties.

Not bored, just having fun. I do that stuff all the time, even riding alone.:) I like to wheelie up hills because I don't really like climbing and it goes quicker if I have something to keep my mind off the grind.
The only rides I don't is serious lung killer rides. I would have had plenty fun finishing the ride with everyone else but when speed calls, I must follow.

You were putting down a pretty solid pace and it would take a long time to get bored out there with all the stuff to hit. It was my first time on most of the stuff out there too. I rode Mammoth once 3 years ago but it will take a few more rides before I would be sure I was going the right way.

So this is how Greg rides when I'm not around. I don't think he can ride with me any longer. Walking up that little hill, he should just sell his biking stuff.;)

I think he has alot of trail work to do now to make up for what we saw in the video. He can help you at Leb. and I will chain him to a few trees out at Afton in our new area that we will open late next summer.:cool:

Nice, I like the ahhhhhhh right before the fall. And again, Greg is just watching, he could have helped. Did he even ride his bike? He told me he did, but from what I've seen, he hasn't been on it in the video's.:) I hope you were okay Katie, so how's the new bike working?

Yes, I was ok...if you listen closely I was giggling after the roll. Yea, Greg...whats up with that...you were suppose to be spotting me....you didn't even run to my rescue...what kind of love is that.

Ryan, "Tim" (Greg) will have to ride all by himself. He has been banished to the back of the pack. From what I've seen of him lately, I don't even know if he does ride. Just when we were getting you into the "A" group, you slip down the ladder.
