When is this event held? Have a buddy back in Omaha who wants to give ti a go.

The dates are being pulled together as we speak. It's sounding like a 2-3 race series put on by Salsa with Silver Cycling maybe putting on 1-2 more.
Salsa's are going to be a January timeframe.

Once the dates are finalized, it'll get posted here.

Just to let you all know, we are working hard to put together another great race series. At the moment, we are finalizing talks with sponsors for the race and nailing down the final dates. It looks like a 2 race event for the 5th Annual Chilly Chili Ice Criterium World Championships again this year.

Right now I am waiting to hear back from the City of Bloomington for information on the Bloomington Winter Fete. The dates of our races are determined by that event. As much as I would like to change them to fit into the ski season's race schedule, hands are pretty much tied.

Just to remind you all. In the first two years we had about 25-35 racers total. In the third year we had 60+ racers. The 4th Annual Chilly Chili saw upwards of 90+ registered racers!!!! Talk about a successful race series. If you haven't tried it, this is the year to come on out.

Please feel free to offer up any suggestions or feedback and PM me if you want to volunteer for course setup, tear down, or other miscellaneous tasks at hand.

Hope to see you in January!!! Keep those fingers crossed for ice and SNOW!
