It sounds like the weekly Thursday ride will be right in Gus' preferred temperature range. Anyone up for starting out at my house and coming back for some bugers and beer afterwards ?

Yeah, it should be PERFECT! Or maybe Brrrfect up there. I'd be up for that Larry. What time are you thinking for departure?
Any wagers on if Gus will crawl out from under his blankie to ride? Actually, he may be heading out of town for hunting and stuff on Thursday. He's a wuss anyways, but he might actually have a valid excuse this week (and next).

I miss riding Memorial. I wish I could beam down there for the ride and then back up to the Cities. Have a good ride!

I'll tell you where to go...
Head out bush like you are going to the driving range. Turn right on 22, 23 or 24th .turn left on Langsdrf. Go until you are in the corn. Back up a few feet. I am on your left.
Its the dark green house next to the big yellow one.
If you don't like burgers or if you prefer light beer, you might want to bring something with. Otherwise, I should have us covered.

I still don't know what time to be there..... Should we just say 6:00 or is that too early? If we're eating afterwards I don't think starting at 7:30 would be too smart. Larry, I think since you're the man... you could just set a time and Jake and I will be there minimum.
If anyone wants to meet us up at the top we could probably be by the normal parking spot by 7:15 or so... I think my lights would be good for another lap after that....

It doesn't matter to me. I would say 6:00, but I assume any bike shop folks won't be able to make it there by then. Would 6:30 work ?
That would put us up near the start finish at about 7:15 depending on the route we take and how often we need to stop and let Jake catch up with us
I vote making it a Bizzarro run tonight.

Oooo Bizzarrrroooooo.... If I remember right Jake is done at the shop around 5ish and Eric wasn't hopeful he could ride (and had to keep the shop open until 7 anywho). I would say let's call it 6:00?

So... is that a "See ya at Larry's" or a "I hope I have enough marshmallows to put in my cocoa while I sit in my warm house"? :p
Ok.... just talked to a few people (the ones who I can find numbers for) and we'll meet at Larry's house at 6:00. Riding Memorial = Bizarro (backwards for the uninitiated)

Nice ride tonight. Not cold once moving, and the trails (at least to me) are TONS harder backwards.... at night... with crappy lights...
Thanks Larry and Renee for the food and drink and garage after the ride.

Good ride.
Watching Bryan descend Stairway was worth the price of admission. It's simply amazing how much faster a person be when they can't see what they are doing.
It would take me a long time to get sick of riding Bizzarro at night. It's like a whole new trail system that way.
