Frutia Fat Tire Festival Ride the <st1>Loop</st1>
<o></o>
Frutia Fat Tire Fest is supposed to be a great event and should not be missed, but it would also be a shame to miss out on riding the loop after traveling that far down to Frutia.
<o></o>
Never ridden the <st1>Loop</st1>? Actually it is more of a drive and ride, but who’s keeping track. Loop consists of hitting Frutia (Obviously), <st1:country-region w:st="on">Moab</st1:country-region>, <st1:city w:st="on">Cortez</st1:city>, <st1:state w:st="on">Durango</st1:state>, Ouray, and finally <st1:city w:st="on"><st1>Grand Junction</st1></st1:city>.
<o></o>
Along the way you have the option of riding thru Anasazi cliff dwellings, hot springs, Overlands hill(will have to collect a pot for who ever cleans this first pass), Swiss Alps of America, more hot springs, old mining communities (ghost towns). Option will be to camp for the duration of the loop which would add on a few extra days to the trip depending upon how many rides we decide to take on and weather conditions.
<o></o>
Several of these trails are Local only or under the radar type as they do not wish to have another Moab, or Mesa Verde pop up in their community so you will not find them on to many maps, just old trails that I have been shown in my travels. Speak up if your headed to Frutia and don’t mind taking the scenic route back.
