this thread is to give you a place to post your lap
time with others. since there is a limited amount of time you can actually race this course, this is a way to "race" the course on your own time. a lap on murphy's double track, for the purpose of this thread, will be the trail head at the parking lot, a single time aroud the interior loop then back out to the parking lot.

my current best time for 1 lap on my ss is 24:46

My ride consists of in - (x) laps - out to lot

Connecting trail from lot to loop = 6 mins

Loop times:

Slow is under 15min
Fast is 13:30
Fastest is 12: 48

Pedal more on the downhills to prevent having to pedal more on the up hills. Sounds easy but after a few of those hills the big ring doesn't feel good anymore.
