Afton: Name that trail

For those that were at the last trail work day (this past Saturday), please help me come up with a name for this new section. I have on the table: "Katie's way", "Scout trail" or "Hawes hollow". Give me some others to think about. This will be the new name for this section and will be printed and posted out on the trails. Thanks.

I was thinking about this last night while at work but, didn't really come up with anything good. I think Katie's way or Scout trail sound good.

Its good to name things after trailworkers... also good to wait until someone biffs it good on the thing so they can have something to be proud of. :p

"Taz's Bypass" it is... In honor of the guy out there that runs earth moving equipment and 4 wheelers just like the original... Without him we'd have no dirt trails to ride legally in the St. Croix valley...

Can't wait to flag "Magic's Game" at the Summit... Yep naming that before we even start...

If your interested in giving us a hand I'm sure el Magician will show you a few of his tricks... The "line" is not always the path of least resistance... More times than not it is the opposite...

Great name I think. And yes we are planning on flagging some new trail at the Summit. This will be where we start work for next spring. Hope everyone has a good time at the Summit and likes to climb, because that's what we have to do in order to have fun. For the first timers out to Afton, just take it slow on the first lap, then you can let her all hang out after that. Looking forward to hearing the good and bad about the trails. Larry and myself will be at the Summit, come find us and tell us what you think. Have a safe and fun time on the trails at Afton.:D

Did I say that your nemesis and Ricohh Teammate Stoenhenge "The Game" will be at the summit... We just need to lure the rest of the Sisters out of hiding... Former X President is that you lurking about!!! Although we will have a full team ready for a cage match at Levis... Ready to Durby!
