I am selling my Bianchi BASS(Bad A** Single Speed) frameset. CORRECTION: IT IS A 19.5in. FRAME. I purchased it from a friend and rode it for about a season even though it is too big for me. Its a great frame but I needed a smaller one!! It is used so it has scratches and the usual wear and tear from riding. It is not a disc ready frame. The frame is Easton Aluminum with matching rigid fork. It comes with a Cane Creek S2 headset. I would also be willing to include the Ritchey Comp seatpost I have on it. I am asking $250.00

I will try and post pics this weekend. Thanks for checking it out!:D

Grrrr... Luckily I think we're about the same height so it'll be just a hair too big for me too. What kind of tire clearance is there? Is it Surlyesque? or would a 2.3ish tire be max?

It wouldnt fit you Isaac. Standover with the rigid fork and 2.3s was about 32" I think. It was 'right there' on me, if you catch my drift and I was running a 60mm stem to shorten it up for me. I liked the bike but I feel more comfortable on something a little smaller, something I can throw around. I also wanted to be able to throw a suspension fork on it if needed and when I did that the standover was too much for me.

Does this have frame geometry that would accomodate a suspension fork?

I ran it with a 80mm fork on it for a while and it did not rake it out bad at all. It is made for the rigid fork though. Its fun rigid though. I ran it with a 2.5 in the front and a 2.3 in the rear. The suspension was in the tires! If I was taller I would keep the frame but I was stuck with short legs!

I am not sure at the moment. I'll measure it up tonight and get back to you Doug.:D Here are the top tube lengths for the 2006 WUSS. My guess is they havent changed much.

<table class="contenttable contenttable-0" cellspacing="2"><tbody><tr class="tr-even tr-2"><td class="td-0">Top Tube-actual (19.5)

After measuring, the Actual Top Tube Length is 22.8 inches or 580mm. That part of the geometry has not changed in 2006.

Shrink the frame size? ;)

No doubt... or take a sledge to the top tube and adjust the standover height a little so normal people can ride it :D . It's looking like ebay may be your best option Porter.... your hourly bumps aren't getting much interest.:p

Seriously though people... this bike is sweet built up. Buy it someone!

I plan on throwing the frame in the car for the Summit just in case. After this weekend, it will most likely go on Ebay.
