For those on a limited budget but looking for a sweet freeride ride, might want to check out this bike and the recent review done on it (links below).
I don't mean to start one of those "support your LBS vs. on-line retailers" flame wars, but just thought it might be the right fix for someone on a limited budget but still looking for a solid bike.
I've had one of their FS all-mountain bikes since February and ridden it on just about all conditions here, on lots of trails in UT and Idaho, and in WI and CA and I've been REAL happy with it.
Am I a booster for Ibex, yeah, you could say that. But it's mainly cuz you get so much value for your money and they have INCREDIBLE customer service...much better than what I've ever gotten at the big name bike shop in my neighborhood.
