Heading to Mankato for the first time, where 2 ride?

I think Mt. Kato is probibly the #1 place to check out (or is there another one?). I'd like to hit up more then one trail since im from the metro and wont be going down there too much. Any suggestions from you locals?

There is always 7 mile creek just north of mankato on 169... I haven't been there in years but I heard people still ride there.
