You could try putting a little bit of glue on another bolt, screw it in so it's touching the broken bolt, let it dry, and screw both out. However, this is kind of risky, so I'm not responsible if you accidently glue a bolt into you bike.

Is it something you can warranty? Let the dealer worry about it while he hands you a new frame.

Leave it and get a hydration pack.

Is it aluminum or steel? Is the boss welded on or is it a rivet? Rivet type are removable and replacable. Steel you should be able to drill it out or tap it out.
If this had happened in the automotive world they would drill out the old bolt and run a thread tap through the threads.
Here again, Kinda risky, let your dealer play with it.

The best option would be to get a left hand drill bit. It should drill in then grab and take the bolt out. If not then you have a hole for an easy out. This all depends on where the bolt is though. If you can't get a drill on it then it's obviously a lot harder. A small rotaty tool (Dremel) might have to be used.

If it is a new bike let the dealer deal with it. I'm guessing you don't have
acess to a easy out drill kit and a tap set. That is what you'll need to remove the bolt.

It is a Access aluminum frame that is put out by performancebike.com, so i don't think there is any warrenty work. I was thinking about glueing something on there to get it out but I don't know if it will have enough holding force.
Anymore ideas? Thank you

probably said before but....
get a small drill bit, smaller than the threaded portion of the broken bolt.
chuck it in your electric drill and drill thru the center of the bolt.
use an ez-out to back out the broken bolt.
run a tap thru the threads to clean them up.
try a reverse drill bit, drill into the broken bolt and it might back out.
leave it there and don't worry about it.
pay someone to take care of this.
glueing things to this broken bolt won't work.

Drew, go to Sears and get this (http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?cat=Hand+Tools%2C+General+Purpose&pid=00952157000&vertical=TOOL&subcat=Bolt-Out%2C+Taps+%26+Dies&BV_UseBVCookie=Yes)...

Tried the glue thing..........didn't work. I am thinking about using the good bolt hole and a tip tie on the frame/bottle cage for the bad hole.
