For all you craigslist watchers out there... I am looking for an extra mountain bike for friends to use when I drag them out on the trails, it need not be fancy or pretty, just enough to make their ride pleasant, basically I am looking for something in the 100-150 dollar range with a front suspension (even if it is only rst or suntour) 18 or 19 inch steel or aluminum framed would be fine and maybe less than ten years old would be a plus. so if anyone has or knows of anyone who has an one catching dust in the garage or basement I would really appreciate it. thanks.

I have a aluminum framed bike in that size with a Rock Shox Judy. I think the bike is a Iron Horse or KHS or something. I'll have to look tomorrow. It just needs wheels and brakes. Come with Titec DH stem, Rise bars and some other parts. I'd part with t for $75. The fork alone is worth more than that.

i have a set of diacompe ( or tektro? ) brakes laying around in the garage that you can have for.. um.. maybe a root beer. they might need a little TLC but the price is right :)

pm or email me if you want to take a look at them.

I have a late 90's GT karakoram that size that needs

-pedal bearing (sqeaks)
-middle chanring (can slip over rock gardens)
-front shock work (rock shox, too soft)

I'd give it up for 75 as well.
