Spring + oil change

Any one out there know how to change springs and oil in a fork?

It can be as simple as taking off the top caps, pulling the spring out, sucking oil out, and then inserting new spring and refilling. Or as complicated as breaking down the whole fork.

What fork are you talking about?

Ive done it on a Rockshox, 'zoke and Manitou. they're all pretty easy. Fox is a different story I think but I might be wrong.
