24" or 26" ???

ok so my next bike project is going to be an urban/freeride bike probably based around a 24 Le Toy. since this frame gives the option to run 24" or 26" tires, i'm looking for the pro's/con's of 24" wheels. i run 26" on my current hucker (a p.2) but am looking for something lighter/easier to whip around; keeping in mind i plan to ride primarily urban with this bike, would the move to a 24" wheel be the better option? opinions?

I have no input on wheel size for you, but i can make you a sweet deal on a used on-one Gimp frame if you're interested...:D

Sorry for the shameless spam, but seemed like a frame that might suit what you want to do, well, maybe with the exception of the light weight aspect. :D
