Good lord, the guy who wrote it is 21? He writes like a 35-year-old, and not just content-wise, but also style, intellect, and wisdom-wise. Impressive.
It made me yearn for the mountains. I wish I'd have started riding when I was 11, like he did.
Wisdom-wise. Huh. I'm a 35-year-old who writes like a 21-year-old. ;)

I'm only 27 but I got the drift. I think of all the time I spend in the military and never had a bike then just before I get out I pick up this new hobby of mountain biking (not just riding a fat tire bike).
Good article Danimal

I got into biking early (46 years old), so I kinda missed out on the BMX part of it, but I don't know of a sport where everyone is the same age while they are riding. :)
Age really isn't a factor in having fun. Everyone is going to get older and die, they haven't found a cure for that yet, but there isn't any reason your lifestyle has to change. I truly am more fit than when I was 20, but I do know better than to do a 6 foot drop off a landing. The healing process is a little longer.
