We'll meet in the Winthrop lot again.

We'll be digging in the dirt this week. Probably doing some de-berming on the goat trail that runs parallel to Lower Afton Rd. And possibly a little work on the section before that that runs parallel to Battle Creek Rd.

Dark clouds forming again, splinkling again, and more rain coming from Bloomington they say on the news.

So, did I miss trail work? Or were the trails to wet?

Rained out last night.

I headed over to trail along lower afton rd around 4:30 and did a little trimming to clean up the area where we'd be working. By about 5:15 it was starting to rain so I headed up to the parking lot to meet anyone that may have come.
Tom Gehring showed up just to check things out. We both concluded that by the look of the sky, the night was shot.

I hung out till about 5:40 then headed out. I drove back down lower afton and by the time I was headed north on 61, it was a complete white-out and peices of trees were blowing across the road. :crazy:

We'll hit it next week.
