I ride Spirit quite a bit, but have never entered or watched the race. I'm thinking of doin' it this year, but I want to get an idea of what they set up for the course. I've ridden all the singletrack and go with the markers that are there, but I never end up doing a real lap anywhere. Where do they start/finish? How much of the hill do they cover? Do they run it mostly on the upper singletrack on the West side? Incorporate the DH run? Any nasty climbing up Fourpipe? Thanks to anyone who has info :-)

The main part of climbing is up service roads and its a good 15 minutes of climbing, they call it the puker. Sart and finish are by the chalet building right off the parking lot pretty much. Don't think they'll put any of the dh in since they don't want people getting hurt thinking its an xc course and thats it.
Does anyone know what time the race starts? And what time I should be there, to get ready at the start?
I can't seem to find any info on the website.
Thanks, Slim

I just converted my bike to a single speed and am wondering what gearing I should run for this race. I have 34-16 on right now.
