Lake Manitou Trails, Monticello

Hey-
Is anyone going tot be riding the lake Manitou trails anytime next week. I have not ridden there yet and it would be great if I could follow someone who knows the terrain and could show me around. I am a newbie, so if you don't mind a relaxed ride.
