Ok, so I spent a good part of my evening driving to various bike shops (5 of them) and they all sell the Lock on Grips... BUT NO CLAMPS! What the hell!

How can you sell the grips and no clamps? What are we supposed to glue them on and once the clamps come in from my on-line order, then clamp them on? How can you sell only the grips? THE CLAMPS COST MORE IN THE FIRST PLACE! Aren't your margins greater on the more expensive items anyway? I don't understand it. I just don't.

Signed,

Pissed off and needing to get a grip

Settle down Francis, I'll check my stash this AM.

I know I saw some at REI last week - silver. They had either just the locks, just grips, or both. That was during the big (and busy) gear sale though so I would maybe call first...

No really. As stuff gets more expensive, margins come down a bit in most cases. Overall, more money might be made on more expensive items, even with a lower margin. So you might be thinking that and not the word margin.

I've got a set of silver clamps, NIB. No grips. $10.
