Two Days of Trials in Duluth!

Day 1 - Saturday June 24 -Practice session/group ride at Spirit Mountain
9500 Spirit Mountain Place Duluth, MN 55810

Ride starts at 10:00 at chalet

Day 2 – Sunday June 25 - Competition at Mont Du Lac Ski Area.
3125 Mont du lac Drive, Superior , WI 54880

Event starts at 10:00 Registration starts at 8:00

Will be beginner, sport, and expert lines.

Held at the same time and place as the Dirtspanker mountain bike race.

Camping at Mont Du Lac $5-$10 or so.

Entry Fee: $10 Beginner
$15 Sport and Expert

Cash Payout

What is this stuff is thhis stuff about $10 for beginner and $15 for sport and expert.I am going to have to ride beginner I am broke.JFWY

I will try to get some pics of the area soon. I am planing on heading out there the week following the redbull event to start building sections.

Two sections are laid out in the woods. Am planning on having three man made sections to go along with thm.

rudy, we should use insite from the first comp for the 2nd comp at the powder monkey, which will be even better cuz its held at spirit so it should be sick as all hell... you need help building skinnys or anything like that? i got wood and a butt load of nails that we could use if needed, you got the cell

Nice job to all the riders, and of course big props to Rudy for hosting. Sorry I had to leave early, but I couldn't stand not riding anymore...haha.

Thanks everyone. Little Leo, munckin, on the spray painted blue bike loved it. He talked about it all the way home. "No Dad, the bikes have a seat like this....and the jumps go backwards and the guy showed me how to do the course and.....I did this and this and..."

Yeah, you may have made a future trials dude out of half pint.

Hahahaha thats awesome. He was soo cool, and going for it! Its always good to see the interest, no matter what the age.
