SLipping Seat post.

During my bike race, my Easton seat post was slipping down as i rode. What can i do to fix that?

Carbon or aluminium, quick release or bolt on? Should be using a bolt on, perhaps not tight enough if you are, if its carbon do not grease it, either way clean the inside of the seat tube and the post, lightly grease the inside of the seat tube (unless using carbon) and re-install, torque down as required by post specs.
