Grand Rapids riders. I live in the Crosby area just a little south of you. I would like to get together with someone or a group for a ride in the Grand Rapids area to get to know the trails. As I would have to drive up, I would prefer to do a weekend ride sometime this spring. Also, I would invite anyone who is in the Crosby area to look me up for trail riding down here around some of the mine lakes if you are ever in the neighborhood. We have great terrain with a little something for everyone. Tim Webber is trying to get some "official" trails built here within the next year or two but for now we are pleasantly riding what we have. We are also looking to get our own chapter down here, so I'd be interested in talking to some of the members about the process. Look forward to hearing from you.

Our group will begin planning some group rides in the Grand Rapids area soon. Since we don't have designated trail in the area, our group rides will likely be all over the place, from one end of town to the other on segments of trail here and there. We will post on the forum once dates are set. As the group rides take shape, so will our projects. We are currently looking to build trail in a very accessible area within town. Progress is slow but sure.

Drop a note as to when you are going to ride Tioga off of 63. I have wanted to ride there, but don't know where I am going or even where to access.
