Expert Section Being Flagged

We are flagging a new section at Theo. THis section is being designated as an "expert" section. It will contain challenging features for all you out there who think the trail is a little too mellow as is. Anyway, my point here is someone is tearing down and/or moving the flagging. Doing this will only delay trail contruction of the trail not stop it. So, please stop it, if you're doing it, or report it to anyone on the MOCA board if you see someone messing with the orange and pink flagging
