click on the "Dakota County Parks Survey" about a third of the way down (sorry, couldn't paste the direct link after taking the survey).
It is a general survey about Dakota County parks but also has a question on moutain biking. If you enjoy Leganon Hills mountian biking, would be good to let them know via this survey - even if you don't live in Dakota County.
