Spring is here, so we went water skipping... and the water was cold as hell...

That reminds me of the good ole days growing up. My stepdad was a ski patrol at Trollhaugen, so we were always there, including when the huge ponds formed at the bottom of the hills. Good times. At least we had a ski patrol hut to warm up in! :D

what did you do to your camera settings to achieve that look? its cool. Also on a side note I attended an actual "water skipping" contest last year at one of the ski hills outside Reno. it was so tight there were a bunch of famous freeskiers there and this one guy came down, jumped so that he was skiing backwards on the water and then jumped back around. He repeated this manuever twice before reaching the other side. Not suprisingly he won.

Hey where are the snomobiles? Having a dad who grew up in Northern Wisconsin I associate water skipping with snomobiles whipping around a lake to see how far they can go.

Stil fun video anyhow. You best be thinking about putting together a bike video for this year film fest!

Dang, sorry I missed that, I was passing by with the girlfriend and saw the crowd standing around, watching, and waiting for the show to begin. All I got to see before she lost interest was the snowboarder scouting his route down to the water. You got a pretty good day for it, over all.

Just curious if you guys invited the gentleman playing the bagpipes in the woods or if that was some strange coincidence...
