WTB-XL size Hardrock or similar

I have a friend who is looking for a bike for his kid to ride a few times a year, mostly bike path stuff with the family. The "kid" is a senior and is 6'4" and is still growing. He has a 1998 21" Hardrock that's pretty cramped, so something similar cost-wise, but with a larger frame would be the ticket.
It's time to unload that old XL that's taking up space in your garage.
