Fruita Brewery: Dead!

I was passing through Fruita this week, and after riding the bookcliff trails, we thought we'd stop for a tasty brew and meal at the Fruita Brewery across the street from Over the Edge Sports...

And found out that it was closed, out of business! It's for sale- so if anyone has $350,000 just gathering dust in their pocket....

Brutal. $350K for a business that is no longer a going concern? Was the real estate owned and/or is there brewing equipment on-site?

From what I remember of the note on the door, the $350k included everything, including brewing equipment.

If I had 350k gathering dust I think I would maybe go back to that post regarding national forest land for sale.
