There is a small crew of riders that have been going out and riding at Midtown park (Under US 53) in the Lincoln Park area of Duluth. Hope to make this a weekly occourance. If anybody in the area is interested in coming to join us or just check it out make a post and we can fill you in with the details. We will be there on the 19th starting about 1:00 or so. probably be about a four hour ride.

The ride we did on sunday the 19th was by far the best day of this winter for me so far. It was unreal to ride in the middle of february and not worry about ice and snow. That area under the bridge is winter riding heven...awsome.:cheesy:

I might be working on my car this weekend. Why ride Duluth with 15inches of fresh white stuff when further south has nothing...??

The 15" of snow should't be a problem, I stopped by the trials area today and most of the snow was gone (it is under a bridge) another day of this and it should all be clear, I will post on staurday nite to let you all know for sure.

Well, I doubt I'm gonna work on the car anymore. But I'm guessing I'm just gonna ride around town instead of driving up there.

you,re missing out dave, there should be quite a few riders there, if things go good, there may posibly be more than some of the comps i've been to

Just ride here: http://www.stcloudstate.edu/cameras/default.asp

SCSU campus. As you can see there isn't too much snow left. And with a high of 38 today I'm guessing it will nearly all be gone later. Just not too much natty to ride yet. Concrete seems pretty good though.

I just drove by and checked the place out, it is about 80% clear in the skatepark area, and about 50 % clear at the rocks. I will be there no mater what. If you guys want to put it off till next week when it should be entirely clear and a tad warmer that is alright with me, but why not come both days.
