Better yet, there are still plenty of open spots in all catagories. Come out and ski the big race, the REI tour or Saturday family and sprint events. Register at the Wirth Chalet on Saturday and Sunday morning, or Calhoun Square on Saturday afternoon.

And say hello to the ski patrollers...most of them are NMBP patrollers in disguise.

Ski safe,
Hans

i dont know anyone specifically but im sure if you were to produce a 5 min vid of the races/start/finish im sure the loppet foundation would love to see it. i can speek directly for them due to the fact that i dont deal with the money in the foundation.

Sic, I'll probably just show up like I do at most events...hahaha, camera in hand...just to hang, if nothing else it'll make for good file footage. Last week I got some badass dogsled shots in duluth.

hahaha, thanks

So, am I reading it correctly? We can ride on Saturday? Is that right? I am not good at following directions.....

Hey Bob! I saw that, but I have a limited amount of time today and need to maximize it. I will head that way again soon (with a different gear ratio!).

Enjoy your ride!

I'd keep your eyes open any time this weekend if you do go, I guess. I *think* you'd be OK riding Theo today, but be mindful of where you cross the ski trail! :hit:

Thanks to everyone who not only kept the trail in perfect skiing condition, but who came out to volunteer or cheer the skiers on.

Special thanks to the Buckthorn Killer, Ed, Mike, and everyone else who I was too bonked to register.

Hans, if it was you I ran into, thank you very much for the kleenex rescue. I'll introduce myself next time, maybe even coherently.

Ride on!

I didn't see any of those people either. I know someone called out my name and told me to "push it" when I was climbing a hill on the back 40. Whoever it was, Thanks for the recognition!

I was working the road crossing at Theo Beach and the race looked like a blast. Maybe next year I'll have to dust off the skis. What a great day and good turnout with the marginal snow conditions. Congrats to all who raced.
