Kudos to the customer service at Blackburn.

I was fooling with my floor pump the other day and somehow lost one of the small peices on the shraeder side of my double barrel valve head. No big deal I thought, I never use the schraeder side. Turns out it is a big deal. All the peices need to be there otherwise the presta side doesn't seal off either. I spent a little while last night trying to cobble something together to make it work but it was really to no avail.

Figured I'd give Blackburn a call to see about buying a new peice - just got off the phone with them and they are sending out a complete valve rebuild free of charge!

companies that go that extra bit for the consumer are great! i just bought a nixon watch on ebay that ended up being too small. so i called em up. and the guy told me to send it in and theyd put links on for bvme free of charge!
